Metal laser cutting machine uses a high-power density laser beam to scan the surface of the material, heat the material to a certain temperature in a very short time, melt or vaporize the material, and then use high-pressure gas to cut the melted or vaporized material from the material. Blow away in the seam to achieve the purpose of cutting the material.

In laser cutting, because the traditional mechanical cutter is replaced by an invisible beam, the mechanical part of the laser head has no contact with the work, and it will not scratch the work surface during work. This shows that laser cutting is essentially different from the machining methods of machine tools.

Laser metal cutting machine has advantages of high speed, the incision is smooth and flat, generally no subsequent processing is required, the cutting heat-affected zone is small, the sheet deformation is small, the slit is narrow (0.1mm~0.3mm), the incision has no mechanical stress, no shearing burr, high precision, and repeatability good performance, no damage to the surface of the material, CNC programming will drive it to cut the workpiece to the shape you designed.
