This is a new design CNC router machine with rotary 4th axis named STM1325-R1 from STYLECNC, which is ordered by the customer from New Zealand. Now the CNC machine has been finished production and gets ready for New Zealand.

STM1325-R1 CNC router is mainly used for 3D relief carving, 3D mold making, 2D/3D woodworking, aluminum cutting and carving.

STM1325-R1 CNC Router Features and Advantages

1. Taiwan Hiwin square rails has higher precision, less wear and tear, which can maintain high accuracy. It's applied to high speed moving and greatly reduce the drive horse power the machine required. What's more, it can bear the load from left and right, up and down at the same time.

2. Leadshine stepper motor and driver won't lose step when it works, which will guarantee the positional accuracy of the motor.

3. The CNC router machine adopts 8mm steel machine welding bed, after hundred times' special vibrate experiment, we can ensure that the lathe will not deform during their long-time working hours. With enhanced welding technicals, we supply the best CNC router machines with good stability, longer lifespan and high accuracy rate.

4. 3KW water-cooling spindle with good cooling effect, almost no noise, long service life.

5. DSP control system is not need to connect to PC. It is easy to operate and learn, especially for the CNC router beginner.

6. Software: It is compatible with Type3, Artcam, Castmate, Ucancam and other CAD/CAM design softwares.

7. The rotary 4th axis device is designed for 3D carving.
