The S5 series dual-station CNC nesting machine, designed for panel furniture production, consists of four sections: automatic labeling, automatic drilling, automatic cutting, and automatic unloading. This series automates the entire workflow—including loading, labeling, drilling and grooving on both sides, cutting, and unloading. Requiring no manual intervention during processing, the system offers high speed and ease of operation, making it particularly well-suited for the production of plywood or custom furniture.

Drilling Zone
Equipped with multi-axis drilling units for both the top and bottom, it can complete all drilling and grooving operations on both surfaces in a single pass, offering high efficiency and high precision.
Cutting Zone
The cutting zone is equipped with a 9kW automatic tool-changing (ATC) spindle that integrates drilling, grooving, profile machining, and cutting capabilities. In addition to machining the holes required for "3-in-1" and "2-in-1" connectors, the machine utilizes automatic tool changing to process slots for Lamello and Minifix concealed connectors, grooves for LED strips and hinges, and complex profiles.
Dual clamps transport the panel to the drilling zone.
A dual clamping mechanism is employed, and the feeding and positioning of the panels are automatically controlled by the program, thereby enhancing drilling accuracy.
It effectively prevents the edge banding from being scratched.
Automatic Labeling Unit
The automatic labeling unit rapidly applies identification codes to the panels while CNC machining is in progress.
