Fiber laser engraver with intelligent mark positioning (IMP) is a high-precision laser marking machine with cyclops camera vision system for fine engravings.
1. Intelligent mark positioning laser marking machine is a low-cost, simple and effective tool which in conjunction with EACAD software, allows the user to have an accurate and detailed view of exactly what is makring on the table from the marking scan head.
2. The Cyclops camera is mounted on the marking head and looks at the whole area of the marking table below the head. The image from the camera can be displayed on software in the computer.
3. Cyclops system match the marking area and camera view area. Used Background show software and Calibration software.
4. The Cyclops camera position scan head and camera locate in same coordinate system after calibrate. Scan speed of cyclops is above 5000mm/s.
