The STL1530-7T is a versatile seven-in-one CNC lathe for woodworking, the latest cost-effective, industrial-grade, heavy-duty, fully automatic CNC wood lathe machine from STYLECNC. Compared to similar machines, this lathe is designed for multi-process machining with a higher overall configuration. Seven different turning &milling tools enable it to perform a variety of continuous machining processes, including turning, drilling, planing, slotting, milling, surface treatment, chamfering, flat engraving, and 3D carving, all in a single clamping setup. The STL1530-7T has proven its ability to accurately handle over 95% of machining tasks for stair railings, table and chair legs, and various furniture components. From a wide variety of furniture parts to intricate artistic shapes, this CNC lathe can easily handle every detail of a product according to CAD design files, making it a truly all-in-one machining tool for modern woodworking.

Sturdy Bed Structure for Exceptional Stability

The bed is constructed of grey cast iron and features a heavy-duty, double-row, four-rail reinforced design for exceptional load-bearing capacity. With a thickness of up to 30mm, the bed effectively supports the weight of the machine and workpiece, ensuring greater stability when machining large workpieces.

Stable Lathe Center

The headstock is constructed of gray cast iron and features a four-bearing drive spindle, ensuring smooth rotation and powerful machining.

The cast tailstock features a Morse 5 taper and a standard-stroke cylinder for quick clamping of wood.

Once the workpiece is in place, the tailstock can be secured with a tailstock locking mechanism, allowing the tailstock and headstock to clamp the workpiece.

Automatic Tool Changing

Dual turning tool stations allow different tools to be installed and changed to meet multi-tool processing needs without stopping the machine to change tools.

High-Speed Air-Cooled Spindle for Planing

The 7500W air-cooled spindle is designed specifically for planing machines with a speed of up to 18000 rpm. A standard planer with a length of 15 cm is also available for option.

Variable Frequency Spindle for Milling, Engraving, and Drilling

Three 6000W high-speed air-cooled variable frequency spindles can accommodate various tools, including milling cutters, engraving cutters, and drills. The two outer spindles can be manually rotated for bevel processing on workpieces, such as engraving bevels or steps, or drilling side holes.

Adjustable High-Speed Wood Sanding Unit

The sanding unit is driven by an independent brushless servo motor, with a speed adjustable from 0 to 6000 rpm. Grinding wheels, belts, and rollers are optional. 150-grit sandpaper is standard, with 80-300 grit sandpaper available as an option.

High-Speed Lathing Servo Motor

A 4000W high-speed servo motor powers the entire turning process. With a maximum speed of 6,000 rpm, it enables high-speed rotation and turning of workpieces. The workpiece can also be rotated by a certain angle using an indexing device, enabling milling, carving, and drilling operations.

X, Y, and Z-Axis AC Servo Motor

All three axes utilize 1500W AC servo motors, and the Z-axis utilizes a Japanese Shimpo planetary reducer. The system achieves a maximum travel speed of 60 m/min, with a wide and smooth speed adjustment range, stable torque output, and high positioning accuracy.

Precision Transmission System

The transmission system's guide rail components utilize Taiwan Hiwin 30 series guide rails and flange sliders, providing a larger contact surface, withstanding multi-directional loads, improving stability, and preventing deformation under long-term high-load use. The Z-axis utilizes a 1.5-module, high-precision helical rack drive, offering fast speeds, smooth engagement, high torque, and quiet operation. The X and Y axes utilize TBI ball screws for high transmission efficiency, with a drive torque only one-third that of ACME screws and positioning accuracy up to 0.01 mm.

The Z-axis comes with a fully enclosed dust cover to ensure reliable and stable transmission.

The X-axis is equipped with a dust removal scraper and brush to remove debris that falls into the guide rails and lead screws during machining.

Centralized Lubrication System

The centralized lubrication and maintenance system automatically lubricates transmission components according to pre-set lubrication intervals and durations.

CNC Controller Software

STYLECNC's independently developed 1000TC multifunctional CNC controller system has been proven in the market and is extremely user-friendly for beginners. This CNC controller is compatible with various CAD/CAM software and supports formats such as DXF, NC, TXT, and DBF.

Automatic Feeder

The standard four-link pneumatic automatic loading and unloading system effectively ensures the CNC lathe machine stability and heavy-load capacity.
