STYLECNC S4 CNC router with automatic tool changer, self feeder and discharger is a highly automated nesting CNC machine for custom panel furniture production.
The S4 enables high efficient panel processing with the newest CNC and nesting technology in modern furniture manufacturing.
The CNC nesting machine S4 comes with integrated 12-position automatic disc tool changer, automated discharge pusher and built-in vacuum table, as well as self feeder and discharge table with conveyor belt.
With machining dimensions from 4 feet (max 6 feet) in X-direction and 8 feet (max 12 feet) in Y-direction, the optimized construction of the cabinet CNC machine facilitates short the whole processing cycle with loading, nesting, drilling, cutting, milling and unloading, all is carried out automatically, replacing workers, eliminating errors, improve the output and reduce the cost for panel furniture making.
