Introduction

Felt is made of wool. It is the oldest form of fabric in human history. It has both softness and toughness. It has good fiber elasticity, comfortable touch, good reducibility, and is not easy to deform.

CO2 laser engraver cutter uses high-energy lasers to cut wool felt fabrics, combined with a typesetting system, allowing the software to automatically typeset, which not only saves production time, but also easily achieves high-precision and high-quality cutting of graphics.

In addition, the laser cutting process has the advantages of precise and delicate cutting effect, environmentally friendly and safe operation, which can greatly make up for the shortcomings of traditional processes.

How Does A CO2 Laser Engraver Cutting Machine Cut Felt?

Step 1. Control the direction button of the laser head

First of all, I see that the four arrow keys on the panel are used to control the moving direction of the laser head. Many times I want to move the laser head to a suitable position, but I don't know how to move it.

The "forward" button means the laser head moves up; the "back" button means the laser head moves down; the "left" button means the laser head moves to the left, and the "right" button means yes Move to the right. Of course, you can also choose to move the laser head at 45° (backward direction key + right direction key)

Step 2. Menu selection

Then I saw that there are many functions in the menu. This time I take the Z axis as an example. The Z axis is used to control the platform up and down. The right arrow key represents the platform down, and the left arrow key represents the platform up. When the felt occupies a large space, the function of the lifting platform in this menu can be used skillfully to place the felt in a suitable position, which is convenient for work.

Step 3. File import

At this point, you can import the file into the machine, use the above steps in turn to adjust the laser head, press the "position" key, and then press the "frame" to determine the working range of the machine. Finally, press the "Start/Pause" button, and the machine starts to cut the felt.

Step 4. Reset

Then you see the "Reset" button. When the machine is abnormal, you can directly press the "Reset" button, and the machine will enter the reset. At this time, you can choose whether to exit on the operation panel.

Step 5. Spot shot

The burst button is mainly used for testing or assisting positioning. Many people find that the light path is off, or want to test whether the laser head emits light, then at this time, you can use this spot shooting function to test.

Step 6. Speed adjustment

When the laser head moves very fast or very slowly sometimes, it should be thought that it is the problem of this speed setting. Use the speed button on the control panel to set the default speed of the laser head panel. Just adjust it to the right speed.

Step 7. Laser power adjustment

When working in processing, the minimum power and maximum power of a machine are often set on the machine to ensure that the laser will operate within this value when it is working to ensure the effect of processing.

In this way, the operation of the laser cutting felt is completed.
